Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this covers

These terms are an agreement between you and GoldenPicks (“we”, “us”), covering your use of the GoldenPicks website and service. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What GoldenPicks is — and is not

GoldenPicks is an informational and analytical tool. It gathers publicly available sporting data and bookmaker odds, and uses an AI model to produce written analysis and probability estimates for upcoming matches.

We are not a bookmaker or a gambling operator. You cannot place a bet through GoldenPicks. We never take custody of funds for wagering, we do not accept or settle wagers, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for any bookmaker whose odds we display.

Nothing we publish is advice. Our output is not financial, investment, betting, tax, or professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. We are not a licensed adviser in any field.

3. No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

Every probability we show is a model estimate, not a statement of fact. The written analysis is generated by an AI system and can be wrong, incomplete, internally inconsistent, or out of date. Odds, fixtures, statistics and team news come from third-party providers we do not control and cannot verify.

Where a data source is unavailable, our reports say so rather than substituting a guess — but data we do show may still be delayed or incorrect. Always confirm odds and market availability with the bookmaker before acting.

Sports betting carries a real and substantial risk of losing money. Any decision you make and any loss you incur is yours alone. No past result, model performance figure, or example on this site indicates future results.

4. Eligibility and where you may use the service

• You must be of legal gambling age where you live — at least 18, or 21 where local law requires it.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and must not be barred from using the service under any applicable law or self-exclusion scheme you have joined.
• You are responsible for knowing whether betting and betting-related services are lawful where you are. Do not use GoldenPicks where it is prohibited or restricted. Accessing the service from such a place — whether or not you use a VPN or similar tool to do so — is a breach of these terms.
• We may block access from particular countries or regions, and may withdraw the service in any territory at any time.

5. Your account

• Give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• One account per person. Creating additional accounts to obtain further free reports is a breach of these terms.
• You may close your account at any time from your account page or by contacting us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, bulk-download, resell, sublicense or redistribute our analysis or data;
• use automated tooling against the service, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits;
• reverse engineer the service, or use its output to train a competing model;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or another user’s account;
• use the service unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or degrades it for other users.

7. Plans, billing and renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or yearly — through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Each plan includes a set number of match reports per month. Annual plans receive that monthly allowance every month for twelve months; they are not a single yearly pool.
• Unused reports do not roll over into the following month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled.
• Cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the Free plan.
• If a payment fails we may suspend paid features until it is resolved. Your account and data are not deleted.
• We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told before a change affects them and may cancel before it takes effect.

8. Refunds

• Annual plans: full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and have used no more than 10% of your first month’s report allowance.
• Monthly plans: we do not refund part-months, since you keep access for the rest of the period you paid for.
• If the service is materially broken or unavailable for a sustained period, contact us — we will put it right, which may include a refund or credit.
• These are our policies and are in addition to, not instead of, any statutory rights you have. Consumers in some countries have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within a cooling-off period; nothing here removes that.

9. Intellectual property

The service, its design, and the analysis it generates are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the reports generated for your account for your own purposes. Underlying sporting data and odds remain the property of their respective providers.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will tell you why. If we terminate a paid account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

11. Availability

We aim to keep GoldenPicks available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and depend on third-party providers whose outages can affect us. We do not guarantee that any particular fixture, league, sport or market will be covered.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

We are not liable for any betting losses, however they arise. We are also not liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period, or US$50.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify registered users rather than only updating this page, and give reasonable notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

The governing law and forum for disputes are not yet finalised. Until they are, nothing in these terms limits any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, or to rely on the consumer protections available to you there.

16. Gamble responsibly

Only stake what you can afford to lose. Betting should be entertainment, not a way to make money or recover losses. If you are worried about your gambling or someone else’s, free and confidential help is available:
